Want to receive your account statement faster, as quickly as the 5th day after each month or Semi-Annual period?
Frick Tri-County Federal Credit Union now offers e-statement delivery. It's a safe, convenient and free option that allows you to view and download your account statement from a secure Web site. When you choose e-statement delivery, you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. You may discontinue your delivery of e-statements and revert to paper statement delivery at any time by contacting one of our four offices.
Setting up e-statement delivery is simple. You'll be asked to provide account information and other information to confirm your identity. You'll also specify an e-mail address at which you will receive notification of your statement availability at the secure Web site.
Your e-statement will be formatted exactly like the one you have been receiving in the mail. For your security, your social security number and account number will not be on the e-statement. You can print it and even save it to disk to keep a handy record. This could be very useful at tax time! You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download on our Web site, to view your e-statement. Please remember to notify us if you change your e-mail address.
